Application for the Sponsorship-Donating-Presenting

Companies are entitled to a 45 minute presentation of their company, in the hall for presentation, according to the time schedule. (A/V equipment and technician included; simultaneous translation is not included).

Priority in reserving the term is given to general, golden and great sponsors, respectively.

ADVERTISING:

Advertisement in the Conference Program (3000 copies):

• 1 b/w page advertisement 300 €
• 1/2 b/w page advertisement 200 €

Advertisement in the Book of Abstracts (600 copies):

• 1 b/w page advertisement 300 €
• 1/2 b/w page advertisement 200 €

Advertisement on the Conference USB (600 copies):

• up to 20 MB 300 €
• up to 10 MB 200 €

Note: The price of the color add is 20% increased.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS:

Companies that pay 200 € are entitled to distribute brochures, catalogues or other promotional material for the company presentation at the conference.

Expected number of congress bag is 650.

Video add of maximal duration of 30 sec. which will be displayed repeatedly in the hotel lobby 300 €

PANEL PRESENTATION:

Companies are entitled to the graphic presentation of the company of dimensions 1x 0.8 m, in the exhibition area. 100 €

EXHIBITOR is entitled to:

Booth B (1-10, 20-27; 6 or 9 m2) 1.000 €
Booth C (6 m2) 700 €
Booth D (6 m2) 600 €
Booth E (4 m2) 500 €
Exterior exhibition space (per m2) 40 €

Given prices include:

1. One standard booth equipped with:
   • panels
   • information stand
   • company logo on a panel of dimensions 1 x 0,3 m
   • standard electricity socket and basic lightning
